These Terms of Service apply when you request a quote or book garage door repair or installation services with Garage Door Pro Canada.
Quotes and estimates
Online and phone estimates are preliminary. Final pricing may change based on the actual scope of work, parts required, door type, access conditions, and labor identified on site.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the problem, safe access to the garage, and clear disclosure of any relevant history or prior repairs before service begins.
Scheduling and availability
Requested service dates and same-day appointments are subject to technician availability, weather, traffic, and operational constraints. We may reschedule when necessary.
Parts and warranty
We use high-quality parts backed by manufacturer warranty. Labour warranty terms will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused after service.
Payments
Payment is due according to the agreed service terms once the work is completed, unless another arrangement is confirmed in advance.
